I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists and have my holistic therapy practice in the rural village of Earls Colne, Essex where I offer reflexology and further complementary treatments.  I have a profound interest in well being and the inner workings of the human body. 
Through reflexology and other complementary holistic treatments I offer a deeply relaxing experience resulting in a bespoke therapy that balances the mind, body and soul.
Jane also combines her love and knowledge of colour therapy and crystals with her reflexology practice to aid healing and promote a feeling of self care.

Holistic Treatments

What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is the application of pressure to areas on the feet. This is applied using specific hand and thumb movements across areas of the feet which correspond to organs and systems of the body. Pressure applied to the foot will aim to bring relaxation and healing to the corresponding area of the body.
